Gigapros is fantastic. On the few times, that I have had issues, they have responded with lightening speed. I have been hosted with other companies before but can express the point that this web host ROCKS. The technicians reply almost immediately. Now I have faster speed connectivity and everything works like a clock. Very helpful and prompt response to my technical problems. Did not give up on trying to resolve my problems. Thanks!

Fully satisfied. Gigapros is a good place for hosting sites. Setup is free and the techs are very helpful to launch websites. I also like softaculous auto install and custom control panel is fast, easy to use. I'm not the most technologically independent person, and of course, as soon as I registered, I had questions. Thanks for the great work so far and keep it up. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly. Gigapros treats their customers with the utmost respect, something that is seriously lacking in the hosting industry, and that for me is the reason I've given them 100/100 in this review. You get what you pay for - which is just about enough. Also, the speed of hosting is A+. I mean I didn't run into any problems. And that's what you want.

Good web host. They really serve their customers by meeting their needs for quality hosting. In time with hosting with Gigapros, I needed their support several times, always getting quick solutions to the issue. Tickets are usually replied in 20 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. Excellent customer service and technical skills are the best advertisment for these people! Also, always chat online service available. I strongly recommend their hosting service.

Alex was also in the same time zone as me, which was a great bonus, as we could have multiple exchanges during a business day. It is a great web host. Their customer service is outstanding... If you have one or two sites you may well have many years of happy service with this host, but if your site is for business look elsewhere.

A few times, I've had dumb technical questions. Once I forgot my password because I hadn't touched my web site for over a year. Another time, I couldn't figure out which address to use for uploading. Each time, Gigapros answered within hours, if not minutes and solved my problem. My website has been with Gigapros for five months, and it's run perfectly the entire time. Right choice of web host!
I think that I made the right choice ordering hosting from Gigapros - they know what they do. I like the pricing for VPS hosting solutions (20$/mo). With easy control panel, I can easily manage my e-mail accounts, databases, applications, security, FTP and control every aspects of my web sites. Recommend this hosting to all webmasters. The package prices also amazed me.
