Affordable hosting service.
This is my 1st domain and I had to seek tech help 3 times via phone and chat. Gigapros was able to correct my mistakes and walk me through the process and explain so easily that I will be able to do it myself in the future. I paid only $140 for a year of hosting, and they taught me something new! For anybody who is contemplating using these guys all i can say is if the rest of them are anything like Nick dont hesitate, join up right away because i am convinced.

Reliable provider!
Since moving to Gigapros i have had nothing but peace of mind. They seem to appreciate how much our success depends on them delivering the goods. When I contact support the reaction time is awesome and the way these people are willing to work with/for you is amazing. Nick from the live support area was absolutely fantastic i cant praise him enuogh. I asked question after question for almost an hour and Gigapros answered all of them and in plain english as i am very new to website, domains and hosting etc.

The chat help is fantastic and I have been very impressed with how quickly they have responded & helped. They could not have been more helpful. I was lucky when I found them. Gigapros is the best web host, because they helped me a lot with migration my stuff to them, they helped me a lot and made setup for me. Fast servers, polite support, good prices. I have no plans to change my hosting provider in near future.

Other web hosts could learn a bit from Gigapros on pricing, technology and excellent customer service. I'm new to all this & I have to say that Gigapros has the best customer reps and support! Nice vps accounts.
I've used Gigapros web hosting for more than five months for my clients' websites. When i get all the things cleared, Gigapros support replied to all my questions, i have decided to order vps account. After i purchased an account they then set it up the account immediately.. but the good thing there is they are going to transfer my sites to my ssd vps hosting account as much a possible.. then after a few hours all my site are setup all necessary actions needed for my sites have been done.

Good Job, Gigapros team!
Recommended. Gigapros customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all. AND the problem wasn't even with Gigapros, it turned out to be the port server from my ISP. This is one of the best hosting services for OpenCart. I use Gigapros for my tablet web site and run OpenCart on it.

Incredible hosting provider. Great selection of included scripts, cPanel, MySQL control panel. Gigapros has fantastic prices on the VPS hosting packages, the tech support is friendly and reliable, and the features available in the user control panel are nothing short of unbelievable. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Affordable vps solutions.
The VPS hosting solutions Gigapros offers are really excellent and cheap. Good service. I use the site to run my business online selling different laptops and check e-mail on it everyday, and their network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Got 10% off the price having purchased 3 months VPS plan. The access to standard unix tools is great. Thank you, Gigapros!

Nice vps hosting with discounts.
I highly recommend Gigapros web host to anyone. This web host goes above and beyond all other VPS hosting that I've tried. I've tried many. I paid for a year and got 25% discount. This is cool. If you ever have a problem then you can be assured that their team support will have it fixed in the quickest possible time and they even go out of there way to help with problems that technically are not theirs and there are not many hosts that will go to those lengths for their customers.
