Support staff ROCKS!!!
I chose Host-ed.net service about 2 years ago and they have been all that I could hope for, with absolutely no problems since we moved to their hosting service. Very happy with Them, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Support is always fast and friendly
I myself am quite happy with Host-ed.net. They make the extra effort to be helpful. Very good price, great service. As far as I have seen my site has 99.9% uptime. I would recommend these guys to ne one, either starting out hosting or for more experience.

I was impressed by their Online Backup Services
Well, Host-ed.net support is fine, they have always answered my questions in a timely manner. So far I have been very pleased. I have not noticed any downtime or slow browsing speed. Some of my sites are Drupal, so database speed is important.

Host-ed have never been anything but helpful and prompt when I faced them with problems. My site availability is almost 100%, so much extras, disk space and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesn't affect the server status, very helpful staff.

Uptime and support have been excelent
Uptime and support have been excelent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Can't say anything bad about the price either. Host-ed.net is great. Once I lost some of my account files. It was my fault and I deleted them by accident.

Host-ed reliability and services makes it a good value
Host-ed has been a wonderful host. Their support has always been responsive, they don't lock down the server to the point of uselessness, and the connection speeds (including ftp) are much better than my previous host. Highly recommend this web host!

I have been using Host-ed.net services for about 10 months and I always have fast speed connection and my web site is steadily online. It happened so that I have found out the availability of their systems administrator and sent them a support ticket!

Network uptime is great - their promise 99.9% uptime is true
They absolutely are without question the best support team on the planet. Not only are they quick to assist with script installation and set up the servers at Host-ed are the fastest I have ever experienced. Highly recommended Great tutorials on everythin
