Support is always fast and friendly
I myself am quite happy with Host-ed.net. They make the extra effort to be helpful. Very good price, great service. As far as I have seen my site has 99.9% uptime. I would recommend these guys to ne one, either starting out hosting or for more experience.

I was impressed by their Online Backup Services
Well, Host-ed.net support is fine, they have always answered my questions in a timely manner. So far I have been very pleased. I have not noticed any downtime or slow browsing speed. Some of my sites are Drupal, so database speed is important.

Host-ed have never been anything but helpful and prompt when I faced them with problems. My site availability is almost 100%, so much extras, disk space and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesn't affect the server status, very helpful staff.

Uptime and support have been excelent
Uptime and support have been excelent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Can't say anything bad about the price either. Host-ed.net is great. Once I lost some of my account files. It was my fault and I deleted them by accident.

Host-ed reliability and services makes it a good value
Host-ed has been a wonderful host. Their support has always been responsive, they don't lock down the server to the point of uselessness, and the connection speeds (including ftp) are much better than my previous host. Highly recommend this web host!
