Installing my backup quickly
When I had problems with my website that was causing me (and clients) not to be able to log in to the site itself (not InMotion or CPanel) The folks here at InMotion Hosting were able to do a restore of my files very quickly and get everything back up!

Inmotion has a great support team. I recently transferred our domain from NS to Inmotion and ran into a few issues. The folks @ Inmotion were very knowledgedable and had us up on our new servers in hours not days as with NS. Great web hosting company!
