Short Hold Time - Great Service
I called up and was greeted with a message saying the wait time was an estimated 5 mins, but within 2 I was on the phone with a very knowledgeable very pleasant tech support rep. Issue resolved within 10 mins of dialing! :)

Good hosting, but leaves a lot to be desired
I have had reason to call them at least every other week. They did a routine server upgrade without my consent that had all my sites down as they restored apache from a generic backup as opposed to my backup.

Left Verizon for greener pastures
Verizon had lost my entire zencart store and they had no tools whatsoever to backup. At 2AM, I got a live body here to assist me with the move. Awesome!
