Things are usually smooth with these guys, and when something is wrong (downtime, etc) I have always received amazing customer service, and the technical support actually knows what they're talking about which is reassuring.

Phone Support Won Me Away from GoDaddy
After 7 yrs w GoDaddy I switched to InMotion. GD is big but only a reseller of average hosting. InMotion cost less, faster peer connection to data center, pro video streaming none of this avail at GD. - InMotion Phone Support is Quicker & Smarter !!!

Always there when I need them
An annoying server error message showed up in my email. An InMotion support rep quickly walked me through the setting changes necessary to solve the problem. I only call about once a year, and questions are immediately answered. I'm happy a happy camper.
