Tech Support - You're the Best!
We just changed over to WordPress. I called tech support each day for about a week and each time, they went way beyond what I had ever hoped for. These guys are outstanding and let's face it, when you have a problem you want it solved. They did each time!

Helps take care of billing
My credit card I used to pay my website bill had expired. When the day to be billed came around, a representative called me to see if they could get a new card number. Otherwise, my site would have lapsed, and I would have no idea. These guys are great.

I have not been working with InMotion for long, but have needed to chat with their support staff a number of times and with only on exception they have been understanding an patient with a relative novice. Very good experience as I start learning this.

Great Service!
I recently had an issue with my web site being hacked. Jason P was very helpful, and took the time to check through my files, and clearly explained how to get my site back up step by step (I am a web site building novice at best).

I would not recommend InMotion
The website template is very limited to what you can modify. The Technical support is horrible, it takes several emails back and forth for them to even answer the original issue. They speak in terms only technical people understand.
