Unreliable
These guys have customer service figured out and seem really diligent and interested in helping customers Unfortunately, they still can't seem to keep the servers up for some reason. If they could just get that figured out it would be a great value.

Simply the best customer service, hands-down, and I've tried several. 24/7 you will reach a real person who can solve anything, even user error or something silly, without ever making you feel silly for calling. All companies should be like this!
