Insane value! The only problems I have ever had were "self-inflicted" (i.e. I forgot to take care of something) and they have always been quick to respond to help me get out of the mess I caused.

I've been with Parcom for years (guessing my start date!) and have always had excellent service. I have 9.99 & 3.99 accounts. I have had others moved their domains to Parcom and sites I build for clients/friends are only if they go to Parcom!

Having just started a day ago, I cannot give a fair rel/uptime appraisal. Nevertheless, I am very impressed with this company. I'm happy with the service so far. Employees are prompt and courteous. Ten times better than my previous host. Scale 4.0!

The best hosting company I have been with. I started with Parcom early in 2006 and will be with them for a long time. I moved all three of my companies websites from Thinkhost to Parcom. Customer Service, Hosting Options, and down to the end is better.
