Great family owned business. Customer support is the best I've ever had. The one time my site got hacked, they were on top of it before I was. You can expect very personal service from them if you need it.

I am somewhat techincally challenged on web hosting but Parcom has always answered my questions in a timely manner and has great prices too!

Other ISP's I have used in the past always had some problem or complaint that was never resolved. With Parcom, I have never had any issue that was not resolved in a timely and friendly manor. Great Service, Great Staff, Great Prices.

Parcom offers the most for the least amount of money. I am a somewhat irritating customer, because I'm always asking questions and I have their cheapest package. However, they are always very patient with me and answer all my questions promptly.

Parcom has to have the friendliest staff in the industry, and by far the most generous account limits I've found. They take a genuine interest in my business development - a refeshing change from "park your site here" providers!

Absolutely the best. Absolutely. Where else does the owner/president/head honcho actually respond to your emails in almost real time? Great service, reasonable (and low) pricing. Straight forward terms. No hidden costs.
