Dave Parmele is a loser
The guy was an idiot. The system was never up even 99% and it could be down for days before you'd get a response. I was with them about 14 years. Then he sold it or dumped it and we lost everything. The guy needs to be in jail.

Definitely look elsewhere
I used to like supporting them when they were a small U.S. based business, but no more. Their customer support is non existent and getting them to respond will take days if you're lucky. There are so many better options out there.

Was good... not so much anymore.
I've been a customer since 2005 and up until the merge/buyout that recently happened, things were working pretty smooth. Since mid Jan, service has been down as much as it's been up. Time to move on.

Rubbish Server time and support
They used to be a good company, but now they are complete rubbish. Failing server time, NO customer SUPPORT, they don't answer their 'support tickets' and yes my sites have been hacked as with others.

two requests for help and no help
I have been having problems with hackers for two days now and have asked Parcom for help twice as the problem has gotten worse. No response at all. None!

Was great host for over a decade, now complete crap...
I can't even quantify the amount of downtime and connectivity issues I've had over the last year. I see know that they were bought out recently which explains the rapid and gross decent in support and uptime. I didn't want to change hosts but its time...

Poor support.
I had my site hacked and got more questions than answers from support ... questions that I had already answered in my original support request.

Good company sold. Down the tubes quickly.
Used to be good - for many years and many sites. They were sold mid-year 2014. Customer support dropped rapidly, and support for windows servers went into a dark hole. (Mail server not working for two weeks!) Leaving, with all my sites.

Used to be great...now not so much
Never a problem with any of my 12 websites, until this fall when the company was sold. New customer support has made this standout company go down the tubes. Email down for a week, 8 websites hacked on Dec. 24th with no word from Parcom support tickets.

Used to be family-owned and great, now appalling
My email was down for almost 3 weeks in November 2014. No replies from tech support. THREE WEEKS! If I had been running a business I would have sued. They also double billed me and have not replied to inquiries. I am changing providers. AVOID THEM!
