I still got some Internal error 500 and no one could resolve it...the final answer was that it would be better to get a more expensive plan...

Company Response: Customer does not wish to accept that his site would be better suited for a higher end plan with more resources to sustain the site (this is true anywhere you go). We understand that some customers want more for less - but we feel it is still unfair to judge any company poorly based on a customer's inability to pay for service they truly require. If one cannot afford the proper plan for their site, then it is honestly not a hosting problem, but a client budget restriction. This customer needs a higher end plan and it is unfortunate they do not see that.
