My experience with SiteGround so far can be described as AMAZING!
Recommended by WordPress.org, WordPress theme User Group, great reviews. Price and features are as good and generally better than anything I have seen. Their support just Wow! I have rarely found a comparable level in life let alone an IT company!

Dreadful
The online chat verification did not work. The operator summarily terminated the call. There was no suggestion on how to proceed.
Truly awful. I consider it a lucky escape.

Awesome Customer Support
After speaking with multiple hosting companies all day SiteGround came in at number one for services provided and customer support! I was talked to like a person and had a real chat! If this is the service I get when I'm not a customer, sign me up!

Brilliant support
Usually everything works fine, but yesterday and today I had a problem with the registration process on one of my Moodle sites. Although they don't have to support this, they helped my brilliantly in discovering a very hidden problem.

SiteGround is Awesome
The staff is superb and the women techs are very nice looking... (bonus) okay love this hosting . Fast and reliable. and the best support I have had and I have been at this a long time. I knew Al Gore when he invented the internet :) hahaha

Have a problem? Not For Long!
Any time I use chat support to figure out an issue, they can remedy it in the same chat conversation. I have never had to talk to more than one person to get something taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone trying to decide on a new web host!
