Great help for people who don"t understand how websites and domains work.
I am very happy with he help from SiteGround. They coached me through the transfer of my website and domain in no time. With my old websitehost I had to wait up to 26 hours to get a reply, now it is within minutes. Great.

DNS information
I wanted to change my DNS settings whilst being suspended from the cpanel to link my website to the domain I have with you. I received excellent support in doing this (probably the best i've received this year). Nothing was too much trouble :)

Transfer domains....
I highly value the way I am treated and supported at SiteGround. I had trouble transferring a domain from Dotster and SiteGround was able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes. They did it step by step and with no pain or frustration.
