I have used 8 hosting companies for 20 years as a DYI with a day job.
The chat support at siteground.com is the fastest, smartest, and most reliable I have ever experienced.
Never have I had a problem at any hour that I didn't get solved quickly.

Every time I've had a technical problem and I've resorted to using the Live Chat, my problem has been solved within a matter of minutes. I'm usually number 46 or something in the queue, but I literally only wait 1-2 minutes until someone answers. Great!

Big problem getting transferred website details from 123.com............just don't want to give out the FTP info...........but now have all the answers from chat, which is as good as you can get time wise.............very quick answers.
