Awesome Support. They boast about a 10 minute response time to their tickets, and that's no idle boast. The last four tickets I raised were responded to in an average of 8 minutes, and all of them resolved immediately.

Siteground: Lightning website response times for Joomla! sites
Siteground succeed in supplying a hosting service that is well-optimized for Joomla websites. The supercaching makes for lightning responses and I like the staging facility for test environments. SSL certificates are FOC as well which is a nice bonus
