Amazing Customer Service!
I have spoken with 2 customer service agents at SiteGround and both were very knowledgeable and helpful! I had never transferred a domain before and they helped me every step of the way! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Patient and knowledgeable support at all levels.
I learnt early on with SiteGround that if I couldn't resolve my difficulties with the FAQ's, the chat sessions were really useful. So far I've had a few minor and one major problem - all resolved quickly and patiently by really helpful team members.

I got on the chat so quickly where other providers I had to wait at least 30 minutes. The Customer Service team is so friendly and well knowledge team. They walked me through all the way to sign-up process. I love the service...
