waiting time
SiteGround used to be tops with support. Now? I have not been able to get help for the last hour. Phone no longer answers immediately. waiting up to 10 min. the chat? new rules. What's wrong? Is it my account or site?

Their technical team, gets issues resolved so fast. I had few issues with them in past, but their technical team is the best period.

about an hour bless his heart he was patient
so far so good i like that everything was upfront. the two added expenses at the end throw me off balance, but i liked that I oculd not check the box even and did not have to purchase them
