I've never seen any support like theirs. There's a quick chat, people really try to offer good support and most of the time they do. You need some technical knowledge to choose Siteground. Price quality is great, speed of servers can be improved.

Great Customer Service
Site ground has wonderful customer service. The reps are always knowledgeable & friendly. I've been hosting for 2 years with them & have had 0 problems (unlike other providers). My only issue is that SG doesn't give loyal customers an upgrade discount.
