Great support, some issues with charges
Due to an error by Siteground, my old domain was renewed without my consent. The support team was very helpful & refunded me the hosting charges. However, I was unable to have the domain renewal refunded, despite not wanting the renewal in the first place

Thanks for your feedback. You can manage renewals in the client area. Also we send several email notifications prior to charging the card. To prevent downtime we prepay the domain yet it's non-refundable as domain cancellation is not possible.

Support Woes
Started with a geeky setup, now have a dedicated server as our needs a grown in complexity. The support is great for the more simple things but for complex issues it gets more difficult to get the help you need, it feels like its more aimed at simple user
