The biggest problem I have is the uptime. My domain (plus my clients' domains) goes down far too much considering I'm paying for a dedicated IP and live Chat just tells you to open a ticket. But they're SUPER CHEAP, so I just suck it up and take it. |

My experience with them has been horrible. No technical support, they just send you tutorials to do it yourself. Very slow responses. As a retaliation for sending several tickets, they delayed on purpose the resolution of an error. Not worth the headache. |
