Mediocre reliability
I use a service that loads a page at intervals to track uptime of my web site.
Uptime has been mediocre, with outages ranging from quarter-hours to hours each month.
This does not meet my expectations.

Server Hacked
Someone hacked the server im using with inmotion hosting and it was hacked from the root so i have no access, ive have not been able to work for over 10 days now, losing money every single day. they have not repair the damages yet.

Domain Transfer
The Inmotion Hosting staff assisted me quickly with submitting my domain transfer request when the AMP system had difficulties processing my request.
