I Joined InMotion Hosting about 2 weeks ago and so far I must say I have been very impressed. Customer service is great and very responsive. I have recommended InMotion to everyone I know.

Great Tech Support / Painless Migration
InMotion is reliable and efficient.
I contacted support needing to be switched over to a server running at least PHP version 5.3+. No problems at all - I sent an email before lunch, came back 45 minutes later and I was already up and running. Painless.

I'm a small business owner. I generally don't have time during the day to work on computer issues. I needed tech support at 8PM, so I fired off an email. Not only did I get an email back within 10 minutes, the information that it provided was spot on.

Site is slow
Overall Inmotion hosting is the best. But getting support answers on if upgrading to a new server would increase performance or why the webserver appears to be getting slow is almost impossible. They promise to respond, but then nothing happens.
