Getting Pointed in the right direction
I have been haveing a time getting our website up and running. After talking to InMotion Tech support ( awesome staff), I found out I need to contact our previous hosting company who gave me the biggest run around.

Poor experience
Site admins too site down when my site usage spiked and used~3% of processor on the server. No notice that site was taken down. Online help could not help me with issue. Luckily this was just a development site. I will never host a live site with IMH.

InMotion Rules
I do realize that there is most likely cheaper hosts out there on the Web but I have found that InMotion fits my needs perfectly with the reliability and Cpanel software for management.

As a novice, I truly appreciate the support at InMotion Hosting. I was able to create a gorgeous website and upload it all by myself. Any questions and InMotion is there to assist, 24/7.

InMotion is hands down the best hosting provider we've ever worked with. The techs are helpful, and deticated to providing the answers and solutions to any issues that come up. They are an asset and I could not imagine doing business with anyone else.

Annoyed & Frustrated
Email is constantly shutting down and my settings for some reason are always changing for no apparent reason
My website is constantly being shut down for complicated reasons that I never understand and at times when I can least afford to address them

Signing up for new hosting
I was confused how I have to sign up my company and its website. I ended up with an account that has my personal name instead that of my company. I did not find any way to change that. This is not good.
May be someone can help me.

Update AwStats
Unfortunately, I cannot update our AwStats very often. At these occasions I need some help by online chat.. The rates of these webhostings are the best, however -after the help- this problem occurs over again. This is the serious problem.
