Getting Pointed in the right direction
I have been haveing a time getting our website up and running. After talking to InMotion Tech support ( awesome staff), I found out I need to contact our previous hosting company who gave me the biggest run around.

Poor experience
Site admins too site down when my site usage spiked and used~3% of processor on the server. No notice that site was taken down. Online help could not help me with issue. Luckily this was just a development site. I will never host a live site with IMH.

I do realize that there is most likely cheaper hosts out there on the Web but I have found that InMotion fits my needs perfectly with the reliability and Cpanel software for management.

Unfortunately, I cannot update our AwStats very often. At these occasions I need some help by online chat.. The rates of these webhostings are the best, however -after the help- this problem occurs over again. This is the serious problem.
