Great Customer Service!
InMotion has always provided the best service...doesn't matter time, or whether it's been via phone or chat. The issues (minimal at that) have always been resolved immediately. This is honestly the one technical support service that I don't dread calling.

In Motion Service
I attempted to get a family genealogy website transferred. I was naive and ignorrant. I had many questions on many calls, and they generally got curt answers as though I was wasting their time, I abandoned the project & cancelled service.

Thid time inmotion broke my heart
I have been a fan of inmotion but this time they are facing downtime and support is crappy.
Guy named james put me on hold forever and talked rudely. I said him that none of my site on the VPS is working and that guy said , i can not do anything .

The tech support personnel that I interacted with were extremely helpful & patient. They offered suggestions to deal with the problems. I wasn't rushed ... the tech person remained on the line so he and i could exchange information & arrive at a fix.

My client called in a panic, noticing his website was down. Robert in tech support got to the bottom of the situation right away and straightened it out as quickly as possible. I was able to call my client back with the news that his website was back up.

Problems after problems!
We asked to have file upload option, took over 2 months to complete. After update, our form had coding errors and inquiries we received were garbled. I tested the form today and it doesn't even work. Losing business and customers as we speak!
