Amazing tech support and great services
I used to host my website on godaddy. I got so disapointed by their services, intrusive ads and customer support that I decided to left for inmotion. Never regreted my choice. Chat tech support is great and very reactive and servers are pretty fast.

I've been using InMotion for about a month after a year with GoDaddy. Much, much better service and responsiveness and I love the WordPress connection.

Really Happy so far!
Every time I have a question and can't figure out the answer, tech support is right there to help me! I have had to be stepped through a lot of stuff and they are always patient with me and make sure I understand the answer.

tech support...it's soooo easy....
You instigate a chat session...just put in your name and email...not a bunch of questions or password verifications or nonsense...they come on, ask how they can help. You tell them the problem, they give you an answer. Seriously. That simple.

Great Support, OK Value for Money
The technical support at InMotion is always great. Their prices are on the high end for the overall service, however. I don't like that the renewals are automatic, even if you request invoicing.

Review of InMotion Hosting
I could not give 4's across the board as you do not back up my web site because of its size. It leaves me vulnerable to losing a lot of data. I back it up myself but not as reliably as I should. It is expensive considering I don't get the full service.
