Just a quick note: ScopeHosts made moving surprisingly easy, and their offshore options seem well thought out. Their servers in Europe respond quickly, and their support staff answer questions like real people instead of reading from a script. The only thing I don't like is the billing interface; it could be a little cleaner to make it almost perfect.
