Glad I Didn't Go With a Bigger Brand
Almost signed up with a larger hosting company, but the personal support from ScopeHosts stood out during my pre-sales questions. That gave me confidence to choose ScopeHosts Managed VPS Hosting for skylatticehub.com, and it has turned out to be one of the better hosting decisions I've made.

Easier than building my own hosting setup
Buying separate VPS servers didn't make sense for the number of clients I currently have, so ScopeHosts Reseller Hosting felt like the practical choice. It gave me enough control to manage client accounts without adding unnecessary complexity.

One provider made things simpler
The main reason for checking ScopeHosts was the convenience of getting the website and hosting from the same company. The communication was straightforward and the finished site was easy to manage, which made the whole process less complicated.

The support was practical
A configuration issue appeared after moving my website to the Linux VPS, and support gave me a few clear steps to check instead of sending a generic reply. That saved quite a bit of time and made the whole setup feel less complicated.

Good answers before signing up
Questions about SSL and backups were answered without making things overly technical. The team was helpful overall, though having these basic answers more clearly listed on the website would save some back-and-forth.

The included features helped
The combination of backups, SSL, CDN and the control panel made the cloud package more appealing to me. I like the overall setup, though the plan information could be easier to compare at first glance.

Preferred having experts handle it
The biggest reason for choosing ScopeHosts Managed VPS was knowing someone else would take care of the server behind the scenes. That gave me peace of mind from day one. I'd only suggest adding more proactive notifications before scheduled maintenance.
