I like the way it's set up. it is good for people who are experienced, and even if you are new there is a team waiting to help you through the process. It's not too complicated and there is even an entire youtube library, to help you complete your goal.

Incredible Service with amazing Support...
I am leaving this 5 stars for the incredible support I got. When looking for a service I was quickly directed to Shockbyte for their reputation. I looked at their plans and sent a few questions to their support team. I moved over to play some games expecting this to take a while due to my medium spot in the queue.

Less than 30 minutes later I received a non-robotic email from the support team answering my questions with enough detail to give me what I needed to know without confusing me. I am very impressed with this service and definitely suggest it to those looking to make their own servers.

This is my first time getting troll by Minecraft Hosting
Taking too long to even setting up the server for me. Should warn customer before checkout that server is not available instantly. Have to wait 3 days. Already rent another provider by that. Plus, not even extended renewal date. Imagine paying on 30 november, wait 3 day for the server to even become available, then the renew date is 30 December(not extended). wow 3 days of free money to them .This is my first bedrock server, I thought this company is good since not much provider offer bedrock (mostly java) but I was wrong. Disappointed.
And don't even get me start on their customer services. High priority ticket got reply in 24 hours, very cool huh?

Note: Why it's so hard to give refund 24 hours after you said that server is not yet available? Too hard huh?

It was good while it lasted
Upon purchase of the server it was up fairly quickly and was relatively simple to work on. After a little over a day my server was suspended for reasons that were non legitimate and I have been forced to play tag since then. They are horrible at responding to tickets and their "24/7 online chat" is less than useless so far.

Excellent performance, poor customer service - a real let down
PERFORMANCE: I've been on and off with Shockbyte over the past few years, I have to say servers tend to be pretty decent and you get good value for the price you pay. Protections in place, and being able to customise players for relatively light servers is ideal if you're on a budget and not planning on doing too much with it.

Then we talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's poor. The only time you get help, is when you use social media to shame them. The media staff, bless them are wonderful. But my main issue is with tickets, and the general staffing on there.

DEDICATED IPS: You pay for them, usually straight away with the server. Wouldn't it make sense to do it automatically? Nevertheless, you have to write a ticket. And that's not the worst of it, I was told I could be waiting for up to 72 hours before someone sorts it. I've PAID for this service, and I can't use it for 72 hours? Where are the morals here, it's disgusting. And they said to use their online chat if it's not done within 72 hours, which is absolutely unacceptable. When you have paid for a service, and for something so simple, it should be done quickly and without causing all the hassle.

I'd have shopped somewhere else, but I had £18 in credit to use up. Same old Shockbyte.
