The server did not work and they refused to refund it after waiting up to a week for each response which did not offer any useful results solutions.

What a scam...Like everyone else is saying.
I have a server right now on Shockbyte and it's ridiculous. I upgraded memory and it turns out it was never upgraded...Panel indicated so but in-game testing did not. You know it's shady when a company doesn't let you see CPU and RAM usage in their cp

Its a scam
They're just scammers. When I bought my server I had a problem and sent in a ticket they didn't respond for over 2 weeks so i couldn't even use the server. Then they told me I couldn't even get a refund. The free support line is faster than the paid one.

Does Not Work, Will Not Refund
This website did not work with the Minecraft modpack I wanted. I have been requesting a refund with them since the evening I got the server, nearly 2 weeks ago, and they have not replied to my regular ticket pings since November. Use another service.

Cheap and reliable
Really cheap and reliable. Even setting up a custom Forge version for the server to run on wasn't too difficult. I will be recommending ya'll to anybody looking for good MC server hosting.
