Excellent performance, poor customer service - a real let down
PERFORMANCE: I've been on and off with Shockbyte over the past few years, I have to say servers tend to be pretty decent and you get good value for the price you pay. Protections in place, and being able to customise players for relatively light servers is ideal if you're on a budget and not planning on doing too much with it.
Then we talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It's poor. The only time you get help, is when you use social media to shame them. The media staff, bless them are wonderful. But my main issue is with tickets, and the general staffing on there.
DEDICATED IPS: You pay for them, usually straight away with the server. Wouldn't it make sense to do it automatically? Nevertheless, you have to write a ticket. And that's not the worst of it, I was told I could be waiting for up to 72 hours before someone sorts it. I've PAID for this service, and I can't use it for 72 hours? Where are the morals here, it's disgusting. And they said to use their online chat if it's not done within 72 hours, which is absolutely unacceptable. When you have paid for a service, and for something so simple, it should be done quickly and without causing all the hassle.
I'd have shopped somewhere else, but I had £18 in credit to use up. Same old Shockbyte.
