It looks like I should have read these reviews before trying them, as my experience is the same as many of the 1 star reviews on here :(
I was trying to setup a Minecraft server for my son and his friends(which they never got to use), there was an issue getting a specific server type going that required support, I was strung along in their support system with no resolution for over a month!
Chat support was fast but could not help so I was asked to submit a ticket, I recontacted chat several times after hearing nothing about my ticket and they assured me it was now escalated and they would be in touch ASAP, weeks go by, I gave them several opportunities to fix the issue (or even just respond) before requesting a refund, after a month I am told that they can only refund in the first 24 hours...
So I as the customer gave them a chance to fix the problem, I gave them a month and they wave their terms in my face saying I should have refunded on day 1 and that's my fault...
As an Australian company I wanted to use these guys and support them, however they really failed to do anything except waste my time.
Avoid them, there are plenty of other excellent providers, like the one I moved to that solved the issue in 15 minutes.
