Don't trust their 24 hour money back guarantee I subscribed to the Minecraft server, but it was very unstable and my friends could not get on to it. This service is expensive, so rather than risk trying to fix the issues, I decided to cancel within the 24 hour period. I did so through the support ticket system, and it feels like they are ignoring it. I have received no refund, nor have I received a note saying that I can expect one. This level of service is really sad.

I have been waiting over 2 months for help I have been waiting over 2 months for help with a server that constantly crashes, about every 35-45 minutes. They keep sending me emails that say they dont have time to help and to reply if the problem persists. I've replied over 6 times and resubmitted new tickets three times.

Do not use Shockbyte They did not clarify how the paypal payments worked so it accidentally double charged. I instantly opened a ticket to correct it, and then waited.. and waited. I opened a chat daily, and am now sending tickets daily. This started on april 27th, it is now the 9th of may. It took so long, the paypal payment went through and now I also need a refund. I have asked to cancel my account and get a refund and I have gotten nowhere. Do not use this company.

takes your money and makes you wait. it has been 12 hours since i submitted a ticket and it has been 24 hours since ya'll basically stole my money. you guys changed my IP address on your server side on accident and now i cannot even get in contact with you, i have reached out to you guys 4 times, i have been told my ticket has been expedited and i PAID FOR FAST TRACK, still nothing. pretty soon, i'm going to demand my money back and take my money else where. let me remind you, i paid for a service. it was messed up on your side. i even played by your little games and paid for it to be fast tracked and still have not gotten an answer. i feel scammed and have been stolen from, you all say 24/7 support which is not true and when you buy your service, you make us wait 18 hours and 34 minutes to get the thing running and then go a screw it up with the wrong IP address and now make me wait another 8 hours since i submitted the ticket and now your telling me 3-72 hours? even though i paid for fast track, this is what you guys call a bait and switch borderline false advertisement. too bad you guys already have my money, i wont be continuing the service when everything is done. make me wait more and i will call my back and file fraud... so you tell me, i pay for a service and its time based.. but you guys make me wait 24+hours. either refund me those 24 hours you all stole from me.

Awful support and customer service. Total scam I signed up recently for Shockbyte to host a Minecraft Server. After multiple delays, my account was activated. After paying to upgrade to a dedicated server, I get a constant server crash. Unable to get any support. They also request you pay extra to fast track your trouble ticket. Avoid at all costs.
