For me, they have been fine hosts so far. I moved to one of their shared packages about three months ago. Uptime has been very good, support has generally been good. I had one billing issue which was cleared up within a few hours.

Their support staff has always been excellent with me. I have made all my ticket to be simple and right to the point of the problem. So it is better for them to resolve an issue I have on my hostig account.

We have a webserve dedicated server and we love it. Uptime has been great and the server hasn't had any problems.
