I am a very happy customer since 4 months. For a beginner lke me, the control panel is very intuitive. The support is also great ! Each time I had a question or a problem, they answered me and solved it very quickly !

I recently lost 2 domains because they wouldn't transfer them to the registrar I wanted, but happily let scam registrars register them the second they expired. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tech support is a joke.

After I moved my domain to another registrar because of their horrible service...they're still trying to bill my credit card a year later for domain renewal. This company is a scam.

I believe that many of the positive reviews are fraudulent. If you look at the IP addresses for those who have reviewed you will notice that many are from the same address. Hmmm, how could that be?
