Decent technology, horrible service. Customer service from India, they don't answer their phone for sales and/or trying to contact them directly. Overall bad.

I've had email hosting with them for a long time but just recently signed up for hosting. It's been a week so far and my site has been down numerous times already! As for technical support - they've been no help to me thus far. I hope for improvement!

Perhaps they support unix plans but since June 2006 (Windows plan) they have been completely inept. I could wallpaper a room with trouble tickets! Site is often down and up to 48 hours several times. Tech support isn't reliable and makes up excuses. Too b
