Decent technology, horrible service. Customer service from India, they don't answer their phone for sales and/or trying to contact them directly. Overall bad.

I've had email hosting with them for a long time but just recently signed up for hosting. It's been a week so far and my site has been down numerous times already! As for technical support - they've been no help to me thus far. I hope for improvement!
