My website has been down for over a week. I have failed to get a response or my data back. I did not keep a local backup of my data because of their supposed 99.9% uptime and data backup. Please save your self and your then shortening life the stress and

Webserve is the worst hosting service I have ever used. Email is frequently down - they are a waste of time & money. Most recently - my email has been down for 4 days and counting due to their servers.

Worst customer service I ever saw. Long time call waiting. Very bad attitude from a technical support lady. My secretary feels nervous to call.
Couldn't answer the basic question right on the line. Said call back but never.

This is by far the worst web hosting service I have used. Years ago due to inexperience, I tried this service and to date I have had to move at least 8 sites from WebServe to more reliable providers and paid less ! Do not waste your TIME and money!

Horrendous customer and technical support. For the third time in the last year, ten days of downtime, constant emails and nagging all i got was silly inane useless excuses and nothing was done to fix it. No notice was given or email sent of any sort.

I was frustrated with my previous host and then I thought to move to another host. I was not aware about the process how to transfer my host. I just bought webserve shared hosting and the guys there did everything for me.
