Arvixe is in meltdown
Based on my experience Arvixe is currently in a meltdown. Web sites are down, email not accessible, customer support seems not to be able to solve problems.

DO NOT USE ARVIXE EVER! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT
I am on a deadline for 2 websites but am unable to do any work due to insufficient disk space on the Arvixe Server. I have spent over 10 hours trying to get this fixed but still nothing! I have submitted 4 support tickets over 2 weeks but still nothing!

Avoid at all costs
This is the worst hosting provider around. DO NOT waste your money. their customer support is impossible to deal with and they WILL NOT provide a refund when you find out how horrible they are (even within the 60 refund guarantee period).

Disgusting company
Arvixe staff totally ignored my specific instructions and deliberately lied about hosting. When I requested the account be closed and my payment refunded in full, further lies were told regarding the service guarantee. Most definitely **NOT** recommended.

Horrible company
If you want a hosting company that has a lot of erors for your site and bad resposne time for when you need help, then Arvixe is for you. I got a hosting account with Arvixe for less than 4 months. During that time, I had nothing but problems with them.

Excellent service-maybe something better for webmasters
Its an excellent service. And to be honest the products will help your site get off the ground. However if you are a webmaster with tens of websites then applying all those products to all your websites might be a bit pricey. An include-all product needed

Ok until you have a problem
Ive been happy with Arvixe that is until someone managed to put a phishing file in the system. I reported problem to their very slow ticketing support facility. They shut my webstore down and were no help getting me up and running again. I'm now elsewhere

Continual issues
Arvixe bough out my previous web provider. Not a month has passed since I had to contact support for some issue. Usually it's email related. This time it's FTP issues. It usually takes days to fix. I would not recommend.

Worst Customer Support Ever
After one month they jave been unable to setup Reveerse DNS which affects Email service as emails are considered SPAM. Switched hosting company and Reverse DNS was setup in less than an hour. Stay away. terrible support.
