Absolutely the worst
Unfortunate to sign up in August and I guess from what I've read that's when they started to go seriously downhill. Been down 4 times since joining with no explanations, compensation or any follow up. Looking for another host and hope I can get a refund

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY
Do NOT host with Arvixe. Your site will be down daily for multiple hours. Then, you'll wait multiple hours online with a chat person that will literally tell you every time "we cannot give you a definite time frame as to when it will be back up."

ARVIXE IS THE WORST COMPANY AROUND THEY STINK
Site down for hours on a daily basis. 2 Hour wait on support. Host with Arvixe and expect your site to be down daily. Lie to your face they falsley advertise things. Arvixe is a total nightmare. All out sites moved because they cant keep a server up!

Way downhill, Arvixe!
Arvixe used to be a reliable, cost-efficient webhost. All of that changed this year. There are WAY too many down hours and customer support is virtually non-existent. It's a shame to see a decent company go downhill so quickly.

We had two plans with Arvixe
STAY AWAY from this vendor. We've signed in with Arvixe on both personal and VPS plans, and their services is so bad.
We even moved to VPS plan...
You can imagine:
No response to support, they just ignore you.
They've cost us time and money...

Stay away from Arvixe - think about your business
From the beginning it was not so bed. Support was adequate as for the price.
For the last month my sites are down 4 times for more than 24 hours with no replies on my requests.
My business is stopped. Losing money each day. This is just a robbery.

From first to worst
I chose Arvixe in Oct. 201o after leaving a nightmare of a host. Arvixe was a dream come true. Best of everything. Flash forward to August , 2015 and Support services has disappeared! unable to contact support by voice or chat. no response when emailed.

Good support and availability
I run a personal blot and small .NET e-commerce site and have had no problems with Arvixe hosting.

Stay as far away as you can
Since being sold to EIG in late 2014, this is a company to stay as far away from as possible. Uptime is terrible, support takes HOURS to pick up and service issues are resolved in days or weeks. Terrible, terrible copmay all around now.

Worst web hosting site ever
Stayyy awayyy from Arvixe. It's been 1 month that my website is down and nobody is answering. I have sent 100 emails to Support center and sales. You cant call them, no Online chat. If you wanna waste your money, try Arvixe.
