Hosting with Arvixe has been great.
This is my first time setting up a domain/site. I had tons of questions. Arvixe tech support has been patient and thorough. I'm very happy with their help and the follow-up. I see some negative reviews. It's like they are talking about a different host.

Dissatisfied moderate time user
I have used Arvixe for quite a while. I am currently in the process of changing away from them. There customer and technical support has become one of the worst systems I have dealt with in my career as a website developer and provider.

Inexistant or incompetent support - run away from arvixe.
From satisfied to desperate with website down, customers complaining and no resolution in sight. They are unable to resolve and FTP ticket. They are still sleeping on SSL replacement ticket for more than 3 weeks. Certificate has expired for days now.

Arvixe Support a disaster
I haven't received an email for 5 days. Spent about 8 hours on support and their novices diagnose the problem wrong assure me they fixed the problem and to wait 4-8 hours for my emails to come in. Its been a disaster. Don't use them.

Used to be Great - Now No Service
Arvixe used to be great but now if you have any issues they simply will NOT get back to you. Servers run great but no help if you have an issue. They won't answer my ticket. I've been with them for 3 years but now I'm looking for a new host.
