My websites have been down for 2 days now, no explanation, nothing! Phone number is gone from the website. Chat and email to support just yields we're working on and can't tell you when it will be back up.

Is it possible to award no stars
truly awful, in fact they are border line criminal. I have used them for 3 years and not had too many major issues until this year when they have all but closed down. Servers down, email down, no support.

I'm nothing but pleased with Arvixe. I was looking for a host that would provide maximum value for the best price, and Arvixe offered just that. They have excellent help for someone with limited web design experience, so I was up and running in no time.

My site is up but I can't connect to it. Sales and support don't answer calls or service tickets. DO NOT USE THIS WEBHOST at any cost!

Two months without email, plenty of tickets, all without response.
One month trying to contact anyone to get a refund (2 years paid in advance)

Been waiting 36 hours and they still havent set up my account!
I wanted to buy managed OwnCloud hosting and they were recommended as an OwnCloud partner. I signed up, paid my money, all fine... 36 hours, several complaints, no access and no service, don't trust them!

ARVIXE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND SUED
ARVIXE IS A COMPLETE JOKE! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOSTING. SITE HAS BEEN DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Now its down to the CPANEL when you buy a hosting package from a company. Arvixe should be investigated by the Attorney generals office. Worthless!

Used to be good, now a disaster!
Arvixe used to have 24/7 tech support, now they're down to 6am-4pm Pacific time. I wrote them that my site and email have been down for almost 48 hours, and the response I got was "there is ongoing maintenance on your server" Are you kidding me????
