Arvixe is terrible
They have lost all of my data without informing me or any proactive resolution too. No support at all. Be care full and don't use arvixe hosting.

Stay Away!
ARVIXE is going down the hill. I started using their services a while ago (maybe 5 years ago) they were amazing, but recently they have gotten terrible. You call them, the rep says I cannot do anything, you chat with them they say I cannot do anything.

Robbed
They lost all the data on my site from the last five years. I cancelled my hosting and asked to be refunded for the 2 years I had paid in advance. They declined and only gave me a credit. Then last month that credit disappeared. Been chasing, no reply.

Stay Away!
ARVIXE is going down the hill. I started using their 5 years ago they were amazing, but recently they have gotten terrible. I have 2 services with them, a VPS and a Pro windows hosting account, but they just dont care about costumers! Stay away from them

They used to be good
I have been with Arvixe since 2009 and they were great. IN the last 12 months I have been plagued by downtime issues, poor support, and now they have lost all of my data without informing me or any proactive resolution. I won't be back!

From Excellent to Disaster after acquisition
Everyone here is saying the same thing recently. I had to move my sites to another hosting company due to significant, constant problems, and no support. The CS person I talked to said he was hired to answer phones and had not tech training or skills.

They WERE good.
When I joined Arvixe many years ago, they were superb, perhaps the best hosting in terms of quality/price in the whole internet. But after their acquisition by EIG things are going from bad to worse. Right now, I cannot recommend it.

My site has been down for 48 hours with no response
I am getting sick of this service. They used to be good but now they are just horrible. My site has been down for 48 hours because one of the servers got a virus or something and took down the whole network. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Money lost
Having 15 years of web experience we never used a worse web hosting company than Arvixe, nor got worse support. Our $1200 spent on Arvixe's Business web hosting is just money thrown in the lake, with most web sites offline and no refund.

Recommend that you Stay Away
I have now left Arvixe after 2 years since they could not communicate with there customers via support ticket, chat, email, or phone. Even there President could not communicate back when there was an issue.
