horrible uptime and horrible support - do NOT use arvixe
I've had several web sites on arvixe for several years now and I'm moving them off to a new host.
My site has been down multiple times for days and days while they "resolve network issues".
Tech support is nothing but a bunch of idiots.

Brain Dead Hosting!
Horrible customer service. Really it is non-existent. I've been trying to get them to cancel my account last year and now they are trying to bill my account again without my permission! This is horrible! Find another hosting company!

They rebilled my credit card automatically. I manually switched off last year.

say far far away from Arvixe
they have such terrible service i can't believe they are still in business. they don't fix anything in a timely manner and they give you the runaround. i regret that i didn't switch away from them and now i can't access my files.

After one year, I quit arvixe
Just quit Arvixe. Uptime was great, and the platform is user friendly... but the support was absolutely terrible! I had two big issues. Still unsolved both. You can't remove your cc or paypal from their account.

Arvixe doesn't even deserve 1 star
Arvixe is the WORST. Wait time is terrible and when you do get through to someone, they can't help. My site is constantly down. Now when I reach their 'support' there are little kids screaming in the background. Are they located in a Chucke Cheese?

Good web service; poor email
Good website support but email not getting through. Some just never arrive - and Support is too slow to react & examples I send roll off their log before they can investigate and fix it.

7 years working with Arvixe (windows reseller )
very poor support for 2 years, time to answer the ticket 3 days

5 days, the panel is unable to reach our customers.
We open ticket, do not answer.

A falling star... not a good experience
They were pretty good. They must have stopped testing their changes before implementing in the production environment. First all the websites i was hosting went down. Then email quit working. I made no updates but support pointed to it being my prblm
