Have used them for years!
I have used a number of hosts from GoDaddy, iPage, JustHost and FatCow, and none of them compare in price, reliability and customer service to Arvixe. Packages are great and they have a lot of different hosting options! Highly Recommended!

Superb Hosting Service and Great Customer Support!
I spent a day calling many other providers before choosing Arvixe. I have been happy ever since. Their support has been fast and reliable. After trying other services, Arvixe has been the best by far. Nobody else comes close.

DO NOT USE ARVIXE PERIOD
I had a nightmare experience with complaining clients and repeated tickets to support about sluggish servers. They are quick to respond but offer run arounds and a book of excuses.

I am now with dreamhost.com and the identical websites perform perfect

Email down second week in a row
This is the second Monday in a row that my company's email has been down. I submitted a ticket 17 hours ago and the issue is not yet resolved and I have not heard anything from Arvixe since 5:30pm. It's an issue when you can not run a business.

Excellent technical support! Fast, accurate and helpful!
I am impressed and amazed by the high quality of Arvixe's technical support! They took my call and within a couple of minutes had determined the problem and had it fixed. Later when an automated install had problems they did the install for me.

Total mess
Woke up today to see that my website was overtaken by some website in Spanish!!! My website was literally gone, no access to webmail and files via ftp. Complete lockdown. Technical support opened the ticket, but as of right now - NOTHING has been fixed.

I have had no problems. I was on a shared hosting service with another company who was taken over by Arvixe. I have not had any problems with them. I had to cancel one domain and they were quick to help me with it.

Nothing but problems with Arvixe Hosting
After 2 days, hours on hold, and talking to six-seven techs website is not working. Each new tech making worst, but promises to fix it.

excellent support and highly skilled employees :)
I am currently learning php. i had some issues when connecting with mysql by using mysql and mysqli libraries. ex; my database version was not updated with the server, and routines not working.the support always solved my problems after few mins :)
