Stay away from Arvixe
Support is relatively non-existent, and the email service is horrible. After 5 months and repeated queries to tech support, it still doesn't work right. Live chat is a joke because more times than not, I was disconnected after a long wait, and no answers.
Company Response: We are sorry for the issues you had. We do have a 24/7 support staff for email/chat/phones if one is unusable for you. We also encourage emails to qa [at] arvixe.com, if unsatisfied with the service, where the issue is handled with the utmost care.
