Great service
I have been using Arvixe hosting close to a year and very happy with the service overall. Arvixe has a well qualified customer service team and can get issues resolved in matter of seconds. Control panel is little slower but not a big deal for me.

Never Again
Very bad experience in last 2 months. Everything was ok few months, then uptime for 10 days 56%!! I never had uptime 99,9% according to guarantee their availability. Waiting for help or answer to your email two or more days is normal....

I have experience whith others hosting companies, and in this moment the Arvixe is ok in my experience. Except the Help desk is slow in response to tickets.

WordPress Install Croaked but Arvixe saved the day.
Was it me or did the Microsoft Web Apps installation of WordPress just drop the ball. In any event, Arvixe support was on the ball and with just a message or two had the permissions correctly in place and even installed the 3.51 WordPress for me.

bad story with arvixe
i have hosted a site on arvixe but suddenly they reduced memory limit to my user without any prior notification. they abused me to upgrade my plan which is double of charge of my current plan. their support is too bad.

Not worth it.
We have them host several software programs and constantly have problems. Beyond the technical problems the speed is really bad. We are moving to an in house server as soon as possible.

Not for visited sites !!!
I'm with arvixe from years...
If you have low visited and simple site / without DB and scripts/ is o.k.
If your sites reaches visitors - STAY AWAY: PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS:
Blocked scripts, Blocked DB...
The reason: "HIGH RESOURCE USAGE " and not ref


Company Response: Hi, we are sorry you had issues with the service. Your site was getting large amounts of traffic. When a site becomes more popular, a different hosting plan needs to be used. As a site consumes more resources it is no longer fit for the entry plan.
