Value for Money
Arvixe provide a great "Value for Money" service !! My only complaint would be with Shared Hosting is the server can be very slow at times.
Other than that, like I said before it great vlaue for the money.

Disappointment.
During last 2 months I have been hacked 19 times, changed installation, removed all and been hacked again. Your SQL server is one of the worst in the market and is not possible a decent back up. All I got has been 7 $ discount. Will not renew my account.

Reliable and Excellent Tech Support
I have had 5 domains hosted on Arvixe for the past 7 years. None has ever had any serious problems. Any problems I did have were due to my inexperience and were satisfactorily solved by Arvixe tech support - mostly via chat, but phone and email as well.

Webmail is terrible
I've been with Arvixe for a little over a year and have had to open dozens of tickets for issues with their web mail and it's REAL slow.
They also switched from afterlogic to squirrelmail without notifying me
Company Response: Sorry you had issues. We provide multiple options for mail so you can use the best option for you, including IMAP and POP. We never shut down Afterlogic, we are still using it along side squirrelmail so both can be used.

Never Again
I loved arvixe at first for their asp reseller until I started creating ruby on rails apps and bought their linux reseller. I spent two days trying to deploy and with terrible service switched to site five and loved everything about them. left arvixe.

Great service and support
I had only good experiences. On the live support there are people experienced enought to deal with advanced technical issues.
They have more features in cpanel than any other host I have been with.
