Arvixe Hosting
I think their customer service is second to none. If I have any question, they are answering immediately any time of the day. When there was a hosting failure once for a couple hours, they comped me a free month. I couldn't ask for more.

very poor php performance
i bought arvixe windows hosting. asp.net works good but php runs extremely slow. even slower then free web hosting. they keep on suggesting for new linux hosting.

Kudos to Arvixe and Jeff and Andrew...
I had a Malware attack on my website that shut down my site. I was talking to Arvixe technical support for over 2 hours. They took their time and more importantly I felt like they cared about me and more importantly our website! THE BEST SERVICE!!!!!!

Best hosting service I've seen
Arvixe employees (customer service or support) are always very professional, courteous, competent, and quite timely in response. Having tried another low budget hosting service, and finding virtually non-existent service, I am more of a fan.

I've been a web application developer for many years, and have used several different hosting providers. While some have great service, they end up lacking in some other area (such as price). Arvixe seems to get it right on all fronts.

Arvixe: Once A Great Hosting Service Turned to A Total Disappointment
We had numerous speed and uptime problems. If you use Arvixe hosting, check your site availability and speed frequently or be prepared for nasty surprises. When they failed to address our page load speed from 2sec to 18sec, we had no choice to move on.

Good service, glacial speed
Service at Arvixe is always excellent. Unfortunately, their servers must be run by hamsters in cages. Pages are painfully slow to load. Email is almost impossible to use because delivery takes so long, as much as 30 seconds for each new page.
