Best hosting service I have found
Since starting out on my website, I have used 6 previous hosts in under one year and from changing over and over I have lost a lot of members to my website,

Excellent Shared Hosting
Excellent host.. I am using several low traffic drupal sites, versions 6 - 8 on a shared hosting package. Staff is great. Best I've worked with for a low cost shared host.

Terrible control panel
The control panel is un-usable. Takes a minute to load any page, and certain settings won't apply.
Support is relatively responsive but won't address the panel issue - they ignore those questions, and will apply the setting themselves.

More Than I Expected

Very happy new Customer!
I have used to use GoDaddy and BlueHost but decided to give up on them and try something new. After a little research and comparison we picked Arvixe and I am very happy with the response, exceptional communication, and easy to use tools from Arvixe!

I have been using web hosts since 1995 and I have never seen a company this organized as Arvixe! Tech support responding within 2 minutes of an email request....I fell out of my chair with their prompt efficient service. Amazing. They have me for life!

Had issues accessing the CPANEL and withing seconds ARVIXE customer support responded to my request for help and where more than happy to help - Few web hosting companies offer such service - I will be recommending Arvixe to others for webhosting
