Arvixe is for me one of the best hosting providers
I previously had problems with rogue hosting providers.
now I'm at arvixe and I can only recommend the provider.

I am very pleased with the level of service provided and the excellent support. The support team (especially Adam Bryner) was very helpful, professional, responsive and courteous. They have helped with getting my website up and running quickly.

Poor hosting and customer service
They will shut your website down if you have decent website traffic without notice. If you plan to have more than 100 visitors a day to your site, don't bother with Arvixe.
Company Response: We notify all customers by e-mail when anything is done to an account. In this case only the offending site was disabled for resource abuse (using 100% of the CPU.) Your ticket has been handled but you can e-mail QA@arvixe.com with any more issues.

Really bad experience avoid at all costs!!!
I am former AFMU client... AFMU accounts were compromised then Arvixe took over... I just recently found out that one of my domains has been expired even that I paid all renewals and registrations on time... no money back, customer service really sucks..
Company Response: Please do not review us for issues with AFMU. We provide 60 day refunds on payments and currently your domain is not expired. Please contact QA [@] arvixe.com and they will help you with any issues.

I heard about Arvixe from my friend.so i chosen this web host.Fast, good and easy to use. and if i have any question,just one email, and few minutes later i get a reply.They fix my problem and explain me what i have to do later if i have the same problem

SSL Cert. install and dns help
These guys had a ton of patience with me and helped resolve issues that were not even on their end such as DNS issues.

Arvixe has the best support bar none. We have accounts with different hosting providers and we are migrating all our accounts to Arvixe.
They offer unlimited resources for an inexpensive price. They deserve an Oscar for Support and service!

Excellent reliable web hosting
Its been more than 8 months and not had many issues. There were some issues in the beginning but resolved through excellent QA support team and live chat easily.

I am new with Arvixe and I have experienced a new dimension of what solving problems very fast is. I never thought about receiving replays for my tickets in 5 minutes maybe less. This is awesome!
