Honest people, fast servers.
The bottom line is I could not have done it without the incredible customer service of Gigapros. It is as good - oh let's be honest - it is the best I have ever experienced. It did not matter if it was 3 am or 3 pm - and usually it was 3 am - but staff members like Alex and Nick and all the rest were there to walk you through every step and answer every question. And all the time giving you the feeling they had all the time in the world.

Good host for my personal projects.
I've always had prompt and helpful service from Gigapros in my personal projects, so I recommended them to my company when we started building a new site. We launched that yesterday, migrating our website over from another provider while keeping our mail servers with the other guys. The domain records stayed with the other guys, and we had issues configuring them. Techs replied fast and solved all the problems appeared. Thanks a lot for a good hosting service. Steady so!

Fully impressed with the speed and uptime. Gigapros hosting provider has been nothing more than awesome. It has been working fine for my website - always online. The customer tech care service is the best out there, all their live chat agents are extremely knowledgeable, and they always resolve any issues I have with my hosting. Nice host with helpful techs.
The fact is, Gigapros has some of the best customer support I've ever encountered. They're awesome, fast, and thorough. In fact, I never waited more than an hour, even when submitting support tickets at 6 in the morning on a weekend. They've provided more than what I need.

Affordable hosting service.
This is my 1st domain and I had to seek tech help 3 times via phone and chat. Gigapros was able to correct my mistakes and walk me through the process and explain so easily that I will be able to do it myself in the future. I paid only $140 for a year of hosting, and they taught me something new! For anybody who is contemplating using these guys all i can say is if the rest of them are anything like Nick dont hesitate, join up right away because i am convinced.

Reliable provider!
Since moving to Gigapros i have had nothing but peace of mind. They seem to appreciate how much our success depends on them delivering the goods. When I contact support the reaction time is awesome and the way these people are willing to work with/for you is amazing. Nick from the live support area was absolutely fantastic i cant praise him enuogh. I asked question after question for almost an hour and Gigapros answered all of them and in plain english as i am very new to website, domains and hosting etc.
